Buerno Vino è una nuova apertura situata a Gelsenkirchen, in Germania. Il locale propone una cucina tradizionale utilizzando solo ingredienti di alta qualità, offrendo un'opportunità di crescita professionale e un'esperienza internazionale a chi ama il contatto con i clienti.
Le Mansioni Principali
La figura inserita si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Gestione del bancone bar con professionalità e attenzione al cliente.
- Preparazione di bevande calde e caffetteria di qualità.
- Preparazione del bancone e della linea per garantire un servizio efficiente.
- Cura della comunicazione con i clienti, offrendo un'esperienza accogliente e memorabile.
- Mantenimento di ordine e pulizia nell'area bar.
I Requisiti Ricercati
I candidati ideali devono possedere le seguenti caratteristiche:
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 o 3 anni nello stesso ruolo.
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di caffetteria e preparazione di bevande calde.
- Buone capacità comunicative con i clienti e focus sul servizio.
- Disponibilità per un impegno full-time su turni unici.
- Nota bene: Non è richiesta la conoscenza della lingua tedesca.
Contract
Il pacchetto retributivo e le condizioni contrattuali prevedono:
- Contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
- Orario Full-time su turni unici.
- Retribuzione prevista da 1.600 € a 1.800 € netti.
- Benefit inclusi: Pasti per lo staff e alloggio (in appartamento condiviso).
- Inserimento immediato.
