Cosa Farai:
- Supporterai lo Store Manager nella gestione operativa del locale
- Supervisionerai il team e coordinerai i turni di lavoro
- Gestirai la cassa e monitorerai le performance di vendita
- Creerai e analizzerai report per ottimizzare i risultati
- Garantirai gli standard di qualità del servizio e del prodotto
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza come assistant manager o in un ruolo simile
- Sai supervisionare il personale e programmare i turni in autonomia
- Hai competenze nella gestione cassa e nella lettura dei report
- Sei orientato/a ai risultati e sai come ottimizzare le vendite
- Sei disponibile su turni unici, 6 giorni a settimana
Contract
Tempo indeterminato, full time, turni unici. Inizio immediato.
Retribuzione: da 25.000 a 27.000 € lordi annui (RAL) su 14 mensilità, pari a circa 1.389-1.474 € netti al mese. Sono previsti bonus legati al fatturato.
