Ti proponiamo una posizione da Assistant manager in un ristorante dinamico, con contratto a tempo indeterminato, alloggio condiviso e un percorso di crescita reale. L'azienda sta espandendosi e l'apertura di un nuovo locale a Milano, zona Brera, è prevista a dicembre 2026: entrare ora significa far parte del progetto fin dall'inizio. Si parte il prima possibile.
Cosa Farai:
- Supervisioni il personale di sala e coordini il servizio durante i turni
- Programmi i turni del team e gestisci il rango
- Gestisci la cassa, le comande e le prenotazioni
- Crei e leggi i report di servizio e aggiorni il team sul menù del giorno
- Accogli i clienti, spieghi il menu e controlli l'apparecchiatura dei tavoli
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello stesso settore, in sala
- Sai usare palmare/tablet e gestire un team con autorevolezza
- Conosci l'inglese; una buona conoscenza della cucina regionale è un plus
- Sei disponibile su turni misti, weekend e festivi
Contract
Tempo indeterminato, Full time, 40 ore settimanali, su 5 giorni a settimana con turni misti: 12:20 oppure 17-1:00.
Retribuzione stimata: da 2.431 a 3.254 € lordi al mese su 13 mensilità, pari a circa 1.799-2.200 € netti al mese (RAL stimata da 31.600 a 42.300 € lordi annui).
Benefit: alloggio condiviso incluso, pasti inclusi per lo staff, formazione continua, bonus fatturato e mance TOP.
