Cosa Farai:
- Gestirai la squadra durante il turno di lavoro
- Seguirai la formazione dello staff e ne supporterai la crescita
- Gestirai le procedure di apertura e chiusura del ristorante
- Curerai l'accoglienza dei clienti e ottimizzerai la vendita
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza, maturata in locali simili
- Sai guidare un team e organizzare il lavoro con ritmi intensi
- Metti il cliente al centro e lavori bene in squadra
- Hai dimestichezza con cassa, ordini e gestione dei turni
- È necessario essere autonomi negli spostamenti
Contract
Tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato, full time su turni unici. Si lavora 6 giorni a settimana.
Retribuzione: da 1.636 a 1.807 € lordi al mese su 14 mensilità, pari a circa 1.299-1.402 € netti al mese (RAL da 22.900 a 25.300 € lordi annui).
