Cosa Farai:
- Supervisionerai il personale e programmerai i turni per garantire un servizio efficiente
- Gestirai la cassa, i report e le procedure di apertura e chiusura
- Ti occuperai della gestione del rango e dell'organizzazione degli ordini e delle forniture
- Creerai e leggerai report per monitorare le performance del punto vendita
- Supporterai il manager nelle attività operative quotidiane
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 1 anno di esperienza in un ruolo simile
- Hai già lavorato in un bar o caffetteria e conosci le dinamiche del settore
- Sai gestire un team, organizzare turni e supervisionare le attività
- Conosci la gestione cassa e le procedure di apertura/chiusura
- Parli italiano fluentemente
Contract
Tempo indeterminato, full time, 40 ore settimanali. Turni unici. Inizio immediato.
Retribuzione: da 25.000 a 27.000 € lordi annui (RAL) su 14 mensilità, pari a circa 1.389-1.474 € netti al mese.
Benefit: bonus fatturato e formazione continua per sviluppare le tue competenze manageriali.
