Aiuto cuoco/a per struttura alberghiera
Cerchiamo un/una Aiuto cuoco/a per sostituzione (settembre-ottobre 2026).
Cosa Farai:
- Supporterai la brigata nelle preparazioni e nella gestione delle materie prime
- Ti occuperai di piatti freddi, preparazione ortaggi e condimenti
- Curerai l'impiattamento e utilizzerai le tecniche di riscaldamento degli alimenti
- Garantirai la pulizia dell'area di lavoro e il lavaggio delle stoviglie
- Applicherai le tecniche di taglio e conservazione degli alimenti
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 1 anno di esperienza come aiuto cuoco/a
- Possiedi le certificazioni HACCP e 81/08 (Sicurezza sul lavoro)
- Hai frequentato l'Alberghiero
- Conosci l'italiano e sai utilizzare gli strumenti di cucina
- Sei disponibile su turni misti, inclusi weekend e festivi
Contract
Tempo determinato da settembre a ottobre 2026, full time su turni misti: 4 sere (lun-mer-gio-ven, 17:00-23:00), 1 spezzato il sabato (10:00-15:00 e 17:00-23:00) e 1 pranzo la domenica (10:00-15:00).
Offriamo una RAL di 23.700 € lordi annui su 14 mensilità, pari a circa 1.333 € netti al mese. Pasti inclusi durante i turni.
