Aiuto cuoco/a per osteria

Se hai esperienza e ami lavorare in autonomia, questa è l'occasione per portare la tua carriera a un livello superiore in un ambiente che valorizza la tradizione culinaria italiana.

Cosa Farai:

  • Supporterai la brigata nelle preparazioni e nella gestione della mise en place
  • Ti occuperai di piatti freddi, antipasti e impiattamento
  • Gestirai la cottura alla griglia e la preparazione dolci
  • Garantirai la pulizia e l'ordine della tua area di lavoro
  • Lavorerai in autonomia mantenendo gli standard qualitativi del locale

Chi Cerchiamo:

  • Hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza come aiuto cuoco/a
  • Hai lavorato in osterie o ristoranti informali simili
  • Sei in possesso del certificato HACCP
  • Sai lavorare in autonomia e gestire il ritmo di servizio
  • Sei disponibile su turni pomeridiano-serali (15-23)

Our advice

Contract

Tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato, Full time. Turni dalle 15 alle 23. Inizio immediato.

Retribuzione: da 2.000 a 2.500 € lordi al mese su 12 mensilità.

Benefit inclusi: alloggio singolo e sconto ristoranti del gruppo (Enoclub fa parte di una realtà con 3 ristoranti, con concrete opportunità di crescita professionale).
