Aiuto cuoco/a per smokehouse
Cerchi una posizione stabile come aiuto cuoco/a in una smokehouse dove metterai le mani in pasta ogni giorno? Ti offriamo un contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di passaggio a tempo indeterminato, in un ambiente specializzato nella cottura alla griglia e nei piatti affumicati. Se hai già esperienza nel ruolo e ami lavorare con tecniche di cottura tradizionali, questa è l'occasione per crescere in un contesto dinamico.
Cosa Farai:
- Supporterai il cuoco nella preparazione e cottura alla griglia di carni e altri ingredienti
- Gestirai antipasti e piatti freddi con cura e precisione
- Ti occuperai dell'impiattamento seguendo gli standard del locale
- Garantirai la pulizia e l'ordine della tua area di lavoro durante tutto il servizio
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza come aiuto cuoco/a
- Conosci le tecniche di cottura alla griglia e sai lavorare con metodi di affumicatura
- Sai gestire preparazioni, antipasti e piatti freddi in autonomia
- Sei disponibile su turni serali, 6 giorni a settimana
- Hai un mezzo proprio per raggiungerci
Contract
Tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato, full time (40 ore settimanali). Lavorerai su turni unici serali, 6 giorni a settimana.
Retribuzione: da 1.550 a 2.742 € lordi al mese, pari a circa 1.301-2.002 € netti, su 12 mensilità.
Inizio: il prima possibile.
È necessario essere autonomi negli spostamenti.
