Aiuto cuoco/a per smokehouse
Vuoi lavorare in una smokehouse autentica dove la qualità della carne e l'affumicatura lenta sono al centro di tutto? Da Smoky Joe a Lusciano cerchiamo un/una aiuto cuoco/a per rafforzare la brigata di cucina. Se hai esperienza nel supporto in cucina e ti appassiona il mondo del barbecue americano, questa è l'occasione per crescere in un ambiente dinamico e conviviale, con inizio immediato.
Cosa Farai:
- Supporterai il team nelle preparazioni quotidiane e nella mise en place
- Ti occuperai di antipasti, piatti freddi e impiattamento
- Gestirai la cottura alla griglia seguendo le indicazioni dello chef
- Garantirai la pulizia e l'ordine della tua area di lavoro
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza come aiuto cuoco/a
- Conosci le tecniche di preparazione, cottura alla griglia e impiattamento
- Sei preciso/a, veloce e ami lavorare in squadra
- Sei disponibile su turni serali, 6 giorni a settimana
Contract
Tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Full time, 40 ore settimanali su 6 giorni, turno serale. Retribuzione: 1.550 € lordi al mese, pari a circa 1.301 € netti, su 12 mensilità. Inizio immediato.
È necessario essere autonomi negli spostamenti.
