Aiuto cuoco per enoteca informale
Cerchi un'esperienza stagionale in una delle località montane più esclusive d'Italia? L'Enoteca Baita Fraina a Cortina d'Ampezzo cerca un aiuto cuoco per la stagione estiva fino a fine ottobre. Un ambiente informale ma di qualità, dove gli ottimi vini si accompagnano a preziosi assaggi. Se vuoi lavorare in montagna con alloggio incluso, questa è l'occasione giusta per te.
Cosa Farai:
- impiattamento piatti/ monoporzioni.
- taglieri formaggi/salumi
- supporto aperitivo sala
- Gestirai le comande della cucina in autonomia
- Utilizzerai gli strumenti di cucina con precisione, inclusa l'affettatrice
- Curerai la mise en place e il riordino della postazione
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 1 anno di esperienza come aiuto cuoco
- Conoscenza tecniche base cucina
- Sai gestire l'impiattamento e i piatti freddi con cura
- Sei disponibile su turni unici per 6 giorni a settimana
- Hai il mezzo proprio per raggiungere il locale
Contract
Contratto stagionale a tempo determinato (con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato) per la stagione estiva fino a fine ottobre. Full time su turni unici dalle 16:00 alle 22:30, per 6 giorni a settimana.
Retribuzione di 1.950 € netti al mese su 14 mensilità, con alloggio incluso.
È necessario essere autonomi negli spostamenti.
