Addetto/a cucina per bistrotCerchi una stagione invernale in montagna con alloggio singolo e pasti inclusi? A Montgenèvre il Bistrot Montagnard cerca un/una addetto/a cucina per la stagione dal 27 novembre 2026 al 12 aprile 2027. Un bistrot informale, con un ambiente giovane e dinamico e tanta voglia di lavorare con il sorriso. Il contratto è a tempo determinato, a tempo pieno, con una retribuzione lorda tra 2.000 e 2.200 € al mese.
Cosa Farai:
- Gestirai le comande della cucina e l'impiattamento con cura e rapidità
- Preparerai piatti freddi, preparazioni di base e pasti pronti
- Curerai la cottura alla griglia e il riscaldamento degli alimenti con le giuste tecniche
- Assemblerai i cibi e manterrai sempre pulita l'area di lavoro
- Se sai farlo, potrai preparare lasagne, hamburger home made e piatti di montagna come polenta e salsiccia o concia
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello stesso ruolo
- Hai l'attestato HACCP
- Parli italiano e francese
- Sei disponibile a lavorare 6 giorni a settimana con turno unico
- È necessario essere autonomi negli spostamenti
Contract
Tempo determinato, full time, 42 ore settimanali, stagione dal 27 novembre 2026 al 12 aprile 2027.
Turni unici, dalle 9:00 alle 16:00, per 6 giorni a settimana.
Retribuzione lorda: da 2.000 a 2.200 € al mese su 12 mensilità.
Benefit: alloggio singolo incluso e pasti inclusi per lo staff.
