everything was perfect and all of the food options are delicious, i definitely recommend this place to everyone. also the waiter names Luca was so kind and respectful, he made us love this place even more.

I didn’t have the best experience here BUT it seems very popular with the locals (especially teenagers!) so it might have just been my experience. I came here because it was close to the masseria where I was staying and they advertised that they had a veggie burger, which is a welcome change after eating typical Italian food for the past few months.

To order you need to log into their website on your phone with “your” phone number and email 😉 and then there is an Italian menu that you can read. You then have to use the same site to call over the server to order and later request your bill using the number shown on your table. I can see this being confusing for foreigners if you can’t read Italian.

Unfortunately my veggie burger was extremely mushy. Mushy patty, mushy bun, too much cheese adding to the mush. The menu didn’t show it being served with fries so I ordered some (€4.90!) but then it came with a few so I ended up with way too many. I REALLY appreciate the opportunity to eat something different in Puglia but the execution just missed the mark.

As I was leaving I saw a pizza coming out of the oven and it looked really good, so they might do a better job with their Italian dishes than international cuisine. Of course there were also regular burgers on the menu and I believe I saw some Mexican-inspired dishes too.

My wife and I have been to Zenzero twice in less than a week, partly because of the delicious food, and partly because of the friendly and warm service we received the first time we went there.

As an American/Italian living in California, we sometimes look for a "taste of home" when in Italy, so we were pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant that served Pizza, Burgers, and BBQ the next town over from ours.

We tried their pizza during our first visit, and they were both delicious. The second time, I had the burger, and it definitely fulfilled by craving of the kind of burgers I crave when I'm in California; you know, the ones where the juices run down your arm but you don't care because you're in total bliss :)

Zenzero is a local, cozy restaurant with a friendly atmosphere that you can't help but to root for, and we'll be sure to keep it on our rotation every time we come back to visit.

Even though we were the only people in the restaurant, we had to wait for 40min for food. The fries and both burgers that we had, were tasteless and dry. Meat was greasy and not well cooked nor spiced. Staff didn't speak English and weren't very attentive.
The only positive thing were the croquettes, which we had as an appetizer - they were delicious, but I would never dine here again.

And the on repeat cover band playlist was atrocious.

We went for all sorts of hamburgers and they were delicious! Excellent combination of Italian taste and American style food.
