Il Made In Italy, la tradizione artigianale piemontese e la qualità delle materie prime vengono celebrate attraverso un'ampia offerta di deliziosi gusti gelato e di goloso cioccolato.

Served by friendly and handsome staff at Venchi, Firenze SMN station. Tried the Chocoviar 75% flavour with premium cone at only 6.80€. Tastes great, better value than eating other random gelato.

The ice cream is excellent!! And Emanuela, the kind lady that helped us was amazing at her job! Such a sweet woman!

The best branch of Venchi I’ve ever visited! Emmanuella and Kimberly are so friendly, welcoming and entertaining to customers. They gave us free samples, everything was so good that we keep on buying more🤣

Amazing store in the heart of Santa Maria Novella Firenze train station. The staff are so attentive to detail and do not push for one to buy, instead they let the love of chocolate be the ultimate guide.

Emanuela, one of the staff went out of her way to make my shopping experience incredible.

I wholeheartedly recommend anyone who visits Florence to make a stop here before you depart Italy. You will NOT be disappointed. 🥰🇮🇹🍫

One of the best gelato I’ve ever tasted and chocolates are sooo good! Plus points is that Kimberly and Emannuela of the Firenze Santa Maria Novella location was super accommodating with our questions despite the busy store!! 💓💓
