A very lovely place, quiet and cosy with plenty of seats both indoors and outdoors, polite staff and tasty dishes. The pasta and risotto were nice, however there were very few shrimps in the risotto. The dessert and coffee were also nice. Overall, we enjoyed the experience

We ate the best beef and the best deer! 🥹
An the prices are so good 😱
This place is rated 5th on TripAdvisor but it definitely deserves a higher rank. We don’t eat pork, so we are used to eat this kind of food, but honestly there is no better place than this to eat. The service is amazing, the staff is very kind and atent to all the details and the show for presenting the deer is surprising! We strongly recommend this place, we will come back, for sure! ✨

The entrance, atmosphere, and interior are absolutely fantastic. A stunning open kitchen and seating available on two different floors. The staff is friendly, even towards tourists! I would say the food is fairly priced in relation to the overall European standard. The presentation of the dishes created by the chefs and the professionalism of the waiters elevate the dining experience to a level well worth paying for.

Our experience at Usteria in Lecco was by far the worst experience we had during our entire trip to Lake Como.

This was supposed to be our final lunch in Italy before traveling back home, so we made a reservation for two in advance by phone. The restaurant had actually been recommended to us by Italian friends, which is why we were genuinely excited to try it and willing to be patient.

We ordered a salad, a starter, a pasta dish, and a steak. However, after serving only the salad, our table was completely ignored for over 1 hour and 20 minutes.

We kept waiting because we understood they may be busy and because we specifically came based on recommendations. But what became unacceptable was watching tables that arrived after us being fully served while we still had nothing except the salad.
We asked multiple times about our order, but no one gave us a proper explanation or solution.

After waiting more than 1 hour and 20 minutes, we finally decided to leave because it was obvious our food was not coming anytime soon. By that time, most other restaurants nearby had already closed, meaning they completely ruined what was supposed to be our last meal in Lake Como and left us with nowhere else to eat.

What made the situation even worse was that when we went to pay, instead of apologizing or trying to make up for the terrible service, they still charged us for the salad and drinks. There was absolutely no effort to calm the situation, show professionalism, or take responsibility for what happened.

Extremely disappointing service, terrible organization, and zero customer care. I would never return and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Lake Como.

This place looks very good, but the food quality simply isn't there. Everything was served way too quickly to feel freshly prepared, and the fish dish was ruined by a heavy smell of frying. It looks nice on the plate, but the taste is mediocre at the best. Added one point for service quality because people were really nice and helpful.
