Second time visiting, and every dish was super authentic (approved by me, born in Rome!)

Zucchini (5⭐️) — marinated, with dense flavor and refreshing mint sprinkled on top.

Parmigiana (4.5⭐️) — lovely, but would be even better if the eggplant on the top layer weren’t overbaked.

Andavo a 10 all’ora (5⭐️) — lightly sautéed salsiccia, fresh tomatoes, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs made a perfect match.

San Gennaro (4⭐️) — the pizza dough is really well made, but the combination was basic, nothing special.

Carbonara (4⭐️) — nicely done, though the pancetta could be cut into smaller pieces; a mouthful of pancetta made it too salty.

Tiramisu (4.5⭐️) — honestly delicious. A small improvement would be less cream on the top layer, and the cocoa powder could have been more evenly distributed.

*my favs are highlighted on menu in last two pics!*

We ordered the "andavo a 10 all'ora" pizza for takeaway - it came with lots of undercooked tomato sauce and barely any sausage. I called to complain and the waiter was very nice about it and she offered to make a new one, which I really appreciated. This time it was a bit better, and I can see the effort of not undercooking, which eventually resulted in a pizza with mostly burnt cornicione and still - if you look at the third picture - there are some undercooked parts.. I suspect they did not rotate the pizza properly in the oven and therefore the cooking was not uniform. Again, there was barely any sausage, which I think does not justify the excessive cost of 18 eur for that pizza.

Amazing pizza, buzzy litte resturant full of locals and visitors. The cakes are a must also !! Definatley going back!

A must for Italian food in Madrid. The staff is really friendly, the dark haired waitress that served me was super friendly and nice. The food is good and you can tell it’s authentic italian. Nice decor as well.

Excellent quality pizza place. You can tell they use great ingredients. A bit pricey but definitely worth going.
