We had the suite, and it was of course great. Staff was all over very helpful and nice. Half-board - amazing selection of dishes, of course in Italy. One too snowy day we spent all day in the spa - don’t miss the roof top sauna!

We have just spent another fantastic week at Sertorelli Sport Hotel. The staff are so good at what they do, the reception staff could not be more helpful, it was so nice to see Luca again this year! The restaurant staff are so friendly and get to know you and your preferences.
The food is outstanding, my children said “This is the best hotel food we’ve ever had!”
The spa is a lovely place to relax at the end of a long day on the slopes and at no extra cost, which is a bonus and unusual in Cervinia.
We will definitely be returning again next year.

We had a very, very comfortable stay at this hotel during our ski trip in Cervinia. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating from the moment I contacted them over the phone and via email, then upon arrival, throughout the stay and at checkout. The location is excellent, walking distance from the chairlifts, the restaurants and everything else in town. Free parking across the street was also a bonus. The breakfast was great and the spa was very relaxing with great views. Some of the rooms are newly renovated, others are not. We had one of each. Both types were very clean and comfortable. We would gladly return in the future.

I skied from Switzerland, got lost and ended up in Italy without my snowboard. Unable to get a taxi back, I decided to stay here for the night. Turns out I like Italy even better! Best value hotel in Cervinia. The people here are amazing. Luca is by far the best receptionist I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay is comfortable, my phone is charged and I have a way to get back to Zermatt in the morning. I shall return to Italy and will stay here again.

5/5 for this wonderful family-owned hotel in the heart of the stunning resort of Cervinia, on the Italian/Swiss Alps border
- My newly-furbished room was perfect; it even had a desk for my (annoying) work and a view of the Matterhorn!
- The restaurant food was always delicious, authentic Italian cuisine, plus plentiful buffet options and the restaurant staff could not have been more attentive
- We were able to hire our ski equipment directly from the ski room within the hotel, quickly and efficiently, a huge bonus
- Reception staff could not have offered better (and more friendly) customer service with sorting ski passes for us, booking taxis, recommending restaurants and even kindly lending me a UK/Italy adapter plug
- Cervinia is an amazing alpine skiing resort, and I would wholeheartedly recommend everyone to stay in Sertorelli Sporthotel to fully enjoy their Italian alpine skiing holiday in Cervinia

Thank you again to all the extremely helpful and professional staff in Sertorelli Sporthotel for helping to make our Easter skiing holiday so perfect

I would love to return next year!

Grazie mille a tutti in Sertorelli Sporthotel!
