If you want a nice view from the sunset this is a perfect spot, but you should definitely eat somewhere else because the food is really terrible. No love cooking it, the cocktails are acceptable but only because they are not too expensive. Only thing that saves tge place is the sympathy of the stuff and the beautiful view. This crostinis are awful. I just stayed at the lounge upstairs so I can't have an opinion about the rest of the meals.

I'm sorry, but I can't give more than 3 stars to this restaurant. Sure, the location directly on the water is great - especially if you combine it with a walk along the promenade.
The quality of the meals (once you get served) is good, but not extraordinary nor excellent.
Though, it's so loud that we got headaches.
And the service was extremely bad - it was a pure shame... I can understand that speaking English was difficult for most of the stuff, but bringing salad plates for the bread, bringing salt, pepper, olive oil etc., has nothing to do with language skills... That I had to look for them myself, go to the bar and ask for one more glass of wine, etc. was simply far too bad.
The tiramisu was kind of fake and totally disappointing.
And the "manager" was not really interested in managing the staff.
Summary: this dinner wasn't worth the money.
So, sorry, but I can't recommend it.

What a lovely restaurant right on the water! We came for dinner and had the mussels (in season and delicious!), seafood pasta and seafood risotto. We paired it with a lovely Sardinian white wine. The service was a bit slow, but the atmosphere was fantastic! Worth a try!

Have been 3 times in one week! Sea Flower’s food is delicious, have tried the Tagliere di salumi e formaggi, ArSella del diavola , Tuna tataki and the Tagliata di manzo. All beautifully presented, very tasty and the tuna and beef just melt in the mouth. Catalan version of cream brûlé was delicious!Lovely atmosphere inside this restaurant with the side windows able to open to allow a balmy evening breeze. The staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and the tables set with plenty of space. Hope to go again!

Amazing diner, you have to try the Tar Tar Tuna, definitely not miss Francesco’s cocktails, we had Passion Fruit Mohito and Blueberry Peach! Lastly but not least the Disarono as amaro was so tasty!
