SANTI BENATITTI - Pizza e Paternosci è una pizzeria situata nel cuore di Parabita, che offre un ambiente accogliente e raffinato, ideale per gustare pizze deliziose preparate con ingredienti di alta qualità.

Choosing Santi Benatitti as the final restaurant of our stay in Parabita was a bit bittersweet. Bitter because we left it until the very end, when we could have happily eaten here several times, and sweet because the food was just that good. The restaurant sits on a lovely square and has a great mix of classic and more experimental pizzas. The wine list is small but well chosen, and the Primitivo was delicious. Great prices, lovely service and a really nice atmosphere. Definitely one of the highlights of our time in Parabita.

A very recommendable address in the heart of Parabita. We arrived quite late on a Tuesday evening in August, but the manager kindly found us a table after only a few minutes and spoke very good English. Lovely atmosphere on the terrace overlooking the main square. Excellent antipasti, especially the salads, and very good pizzas with a fantastic dough: crunchy outside, soft and light inside. Nice wine selection, friendly and efficient service, and very fair prices. A place we would happily return to.

Very good pizza! Service was correct and fast. Cozy atmosphere on the town square at night.

Great place and wonderful food. It is great that it is near my home. SANTI BENATITTI is an absolute treasure tucked away in the historic center of Parabita. From the moment you arrive, the charm of the location—just steps from the medieval castle—sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and refreshingly original, perfectly balancing tradition with modern creativity.

The pizza here is next-level. Each one is named after a saint, adding a playful and memorable touch to an already outstanding menu. The dough is expertly leavened—light, airy, and incredibly digestible—and the toppings are clearly chosen with care. You can taste the quality in every bite. The “Santa Marina” and “Sant’Andrea” are standout choices, bursting with authentic Pugliese flavor and inventive combinations.
