Cool spot for drinks and a good view of Etna before sunset

+++++ A truly excellent experience. Sant’Ana Pescado y Tequila is one of those places where you immediately understand that research, care, and respect for the raw materials lie behind every dish.

The fish is incredibly fresh, prepared with great balance, and served in dishes that are beautiful to look at but, above all, delicious to eat. Clean flavors, successful pairings, just the right portions, and an overall quality that's decidedly above average.

A special mention also goes to the staff: professional, attentive, present without being intrusive, and capable of making guests feel cared for from start to finish.

A refined atmosphere, high-quality cuisine, and impeccable service. It's the kind of restaurant where you go to try something different and end up thinking, "I have to come back here."

Highly recommended for those who love well-prepared fish and want a pleasant, elegant dinner without disappointment.

Finally, in Catania, a perfect blend of traditional dishes and sophisticated pairings. The attention to detail and the welcoming staff are pleasantly surprising. The same attention and care is paid to mixology, with well-known labels and niche bottles to satisfy even the most discerning palates.
A light-hearted atmosphere where time stands still. A restaurant designed for everyone, from lunch/dinner with the family (non-seafood dishes are also available) to after-dinner gatherings with friends to chat and enjoy excellent cocktails. The Sunday menu is very interesting. The spaghetti with squid ink, sea urchins, and stracciatella are a must-try—an explosion of flavors.

The restaurant is excellent, with the sublime freshness of the seafood evident in the dishes, expertly prepared and enhanced by refined combinations that never betray the Mediterranean identity. Every bite is a dialogue between tradition and contemporary vision, capable of surprising without ever going overboard.
The enveloping atmosphere, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, takes guests on an elegant journey, while the service stands out for its impeccable discretion and incredible professionalism.
