Visited last night for dinner and was honestly so impressed by our meal. We had the Quiche, Tagliatelle and dessert and am still thinking about how tasty these dishes were! The concept of taking classic Italian and European dishes but infused with considered Asian influences, really highlights the flavours and ingredients used in their dishes, which were unique and imaginative. The menu is concise and well thought out and the wine list is also fun and experimental. But the personal service and genuine passion shown by all staff really highlights the creativity put into all decisions, from aesthetic design of the restaurant to menu offerings, really sets SACRO apart from other restaurants, as dining here really was such an enjoyable experience that we hopefully get to enjoy again soon!

The food was outstanding, fresh, seasonal ingredients transformed into creative dishes that let you taste classic Italian flavors in completely new and unexpected ways. Every bite felt thoughtful and full of character, while still rooted in authenticity.

The ambiance is young, fresh, and welcoming, striking a perfect balance between modern and relaxed. It feels like the kind of place locals love but visitors are lucky to discover. The location itself makes it even more special, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and a park, it feels like a little escape from the busier parts of the city.

If you’re looking for a dining experience that blends originality with true Italian soul, this is the place. A must visit in Rome.

This place blew us away! The staff was so nice to us. Alessandro gave us a very detailed translation of the menu before we ordered and he was clearly passionate about the food. We ordered the full experience: an aperitivo, primo, and secondi courses. Alessandro told us beforehand the portions might be small for us (probably because we look like americans) but we were stuffed after 2 courses. They were very generous sizes if you order in courses, as you need to here to have the full italian experience. Every course was mind-blowing. So delicious and flavorful. Highly recommend. It's far from the tourist places and felt so authentic. The staff was clearly passionate about the food (other staff kept asking us what our favourite dishes were) and that means a lot.

It is difficult to put our experience at Sacro Tattoria Agricole into words. From the beginning of going over the wine menu amd recommending a bottle based on our tastes to us needing some help with translation for ordering our courses, Alessandro not only gave us an English translation for every item but also a very passionate and detailed description of what everything entailed. Immediately we were very excited for the meals we decided on ordering and the dishes succeeded anything we could imagine.

All three courses plus one we shared were the best food we've had in Rome if not anywhere we have eaten before. It is clear as well that the passion for the food didn't end with Alessandro either as other staff who attended to us during our meal were very happy to make our experience the best it could be and genuinely were excited when we raved about the dishes we enjoyed. We both left full in the best way and would absolutely return if we are ever lucky enough

What a great "twist" on Roman plates!!!!! The dish with the bacalla and lardo was divine. I really loved the cannelloni with the borage and ricotta cheese.....can we talk about the wild boar meat deep fried in breadcrumbs. OMG......unbelievable delicious. I finished up with tiramsu done with the liquor of hazelnuts.....so different and delicious 😋. Alessandro was so knowledge about all the dishes and wines . It was exceptional busy.....but well worth the wait. Will be back soon
