SACRÉ is much more than a simple contemporary bistro: it's a place where hospitality, quality, and passion blend into an authentic experience. The atmosphere is warm, intimate, and familiar, with attention to detail without ever being artificial, putting you at ease from the first moment.

The cuisine is striking for its exquisitely balanced dishes: each dish is intelligently crafted, where flavors, textures, and intensity coexist in perfect harmony. Nothing is excessive, nothing is left to chance. You can clearly sense a careful selection of the finest ingredients and a confident hand in the kitchen, capable of enhancing them without distorting them.

The wine selection is also excellent, designed to complement and complement the gastronomic experience. High-quality, well-chosen labels demonstrate expertise and sensitivity in pairing, making each course even more enjoyable.

The true added value, however, remains Biagio and Rossella: present, available, and genuinely attentive to their guests. Their welcome is never formal, but human and spontaneous, transforming a dinner into a moment of true pleasure and sharing.

SACRÉ is one of those places you'll want to return to, not just for the good food, but to feel welcomed. A must-see in Altamura. Highly recommended.

This little place in Altamura is a real gem. An intimate place, with Rossella and Biagio providing the perfect welcome. Excellent, well-stocked wine list and a seasonal menu. The kitchen is partially open, and I'm sharing photos of these truly sublime dishes: Egg Pochette, a dream. Every ingredient was measured perfectly; Fried Tomino, which was truly outstanding with a glass of champagne. Baked pumpkin with stracciatella and goose speck, OH MY! Perfect pairings and cooking; Filet Wellington and melting eggplant to follow. Super fair prices. Nothing was heavy or difficult to finish, on the contrary 🤩 I recommend it to anyone who wants to sit down and eat and drink well. Congratulations guys!

Sacrè, in the historic center of Altamura, is a place where you feel at home. Small and welcoming, the quality food selection is very interesting. Trust Rossella, a great hostess, who will guide you through a menu that will captivate you course after course, all accompanied by an excellent selection of natural wines. Well done, and see you soon!

Small but cozy place with an open kitchen. The menu is limited, but everything we ordered was truly delicious and tasty. Compliments to the chef!
I recommend the fillet steak with foie gras and truffle.

An exceptional experience! I dined with a group of friends at this small but charming restaurant located in the historic center. We were impressed by the refined dishes, using simple, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients, all paired with a good wine. Impeccable service, attentive but not intrusive staff. I would recommend this place for a romantic evening; the soft lighting, intimate atmosphere, and good food will make it unforgettable.
