Lo Djassi, dove una volta si usava come deposito di foglie per fare i letti alle mucche trasformato in un ristorante tipico Valdostano che usa prodotti del territorio di prima qualità

An excellent experience in every way.
A beautiful restaurant in perfect mountain style, with attention to every detail and a warm, relaxing atmosphere.
Excellent food, with excellent dishes prepared according to tradition and with quality ingredients.
Impeccable service. Special thanks to the owner and the waitress, both very kind, helpful, and attentive to their customers.
Definitely a place to return to!

If you want to savor authentic Aosta Valley cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit. Each dish is prepared with great care, using quality ingredients and respecting tradition, with authentic flavors that captivate from the first bite to the last.

The restaurant is truly splendid: meticulously maintained, welcoming, and entirely furnished in wood, with a warm, mountain atmosphere that makes the experience even more pleasant and authentic.

But what makes this place truly special is the hospitality. The staff is exceptional: friendly, professional, always smiling, and attentive to your every need, making you feel right at home.

A special thank you goes to the owner; at the end of dinner, after sampling their simply exquisite homemade tegole, we asked if we could purchase some to take home. We were told they weren't for sale, but the owner gave us a whole bag. A simple and kind gesture that perfectly conveys the passion and love with which this restaurant is run.

Heartfelt congratulations to all the staff! We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Aosta Valley experience.

Ci ritorneremo? Assolutamente si!
Grazie Djassì x l'ottima esperienza 😊

Today I had lunch at this quaint restaurant in Challand St-Victor.
The location is fantastic: all wood and beautifully decorated, it's very mountain-inspired, but without any chic charm.
The food is excellent. The chef and owner, Kathleen, manages to infuse traditional cuisine (which I've known since birth) with a modern touch, without resorting to overly elaborate and difficult-to-understand dishes. The food here is good, indeed excellent, and the dishes have their own character.
The service is excellent and impeccable, and we find tradition in the uniform that represents the local costume.
I highly recommend this little gem in the Ayas Valley.

Everything was truly delicious, from the Aosta Valley appetizer to the trout soup and other delicacies 😜 thanks for everything, even Astrid and Lea enjoyed it🐶🐶 we will be back
