Ristorante storico nel cuore di Ortigia, con cucina creativa e carta dei vini pluripremiata.

An outstanding and memorable culinary experience at a wonderful restaurant. The setting is lovely, the staff here are welcoming and incredibly helpful and the menu truly fabulous. This is chefs 40th anniversary, so we despite some amazing current choices we went for the greatest hits tasting menu, having taken advice. The courses improved one after another. Truly the best shrimp dishes I have ever eaten and the best tuna. Dessert was incredible too.
The wine was perfect and inexpensive, suggested by the sommelier who was knowledgeable and helpful. The choice of wines available is simply vast!
Our thanks to everyone at Don Camillo for a wonderful experience. We really appreciated the effort that went into a perfect evening and looks forward to a return booking when next in Ortigia.

Wow, we loved our meal here! We walked in at 8pm with no reservation and the staff sat us right away. We did the 5 course tasting menu with dessert and it was FANTASTIC — creative, delicious, a lot of “elevated seafood.” Photos don’t do it justice haha. The staff was really attentive and kind, we would love to come back!

Bravissimo! I first saw this restaurant in a video with Chef Giovanni making caponata. I followed his work in that video and have been making my caponata very similar to his.
We're in Ortiga for the week and had a chance to dine here. The outstanding service started with Roberto carried through right the rest of the staff to the end of the evening.

Anniversary Dinner whilst on Holiday in Sicily. This place is a must do if in the area a lovely experience the food is fantastic and the staff and chefs are exceptional.

We had a really nice dinner at Don Camillo. The service was excellent (nothing less to expect from a Michelin restaurant) and the food was pretty good. We ordered from the menu because we weren't very hungry and all the suggested options by the waiter were quite on point. It's definitely a good restaurant to have a nice dinner!
