You must go here if you like pizza, pasta and hamburgers! We made a reservation through Google maps. It was probably a good thing as there were not too many tables for drop in customers. They open at 700pm. Each table gets a large piece of focaccia to start. We chose a salad with seasoned grilled chicken and a pasta carbonara. Both were great, but that pasta! Large enough for 2 people to share. I will have the texture and flavours in my food memory bank until I can come back. Menu has English subtitles. Friendly staff. A great last meal in Sulmona!

For all of you that enjoy hamburgers this is the place. The menu is well prepared with traditional Italian and a splash of hamburger and a good sort of wines. I would highly recommend RetroGusto. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The food was amazing. Staff was very friendly even though I don't speak a single word Italian. Loved the atmosphere.

We went for lunch today and unexpectedly had a 7 course meal, it was a lovely experience. They had vegetarian options which was fantastic. Lovely staff who spoke English and listened to our piccolo Italiano 😁 Grazie Mille ❤️

Gorgeous food, lovely twist on pizza. Great antipasti and amazing pasta. And just lovely beers. Staff were incredibly nice and welcoming and the venue is just fab. If you're looking for something beyond the run of the mill pizze then this is your place. They do burgers too. Highly recommend.
