Nice local restaurant in Torino city center. I came for an early lunch and tried one of their vegetarian Plins, the Mantovese if I remember right. The food was absolutely delicious, waiters were very friendly and service was relatively fast. The only thing is that its a little expensive for the portion size but its worth trying once.

Came in for normal pasta, left having ordered Plinto instead (a bit more local). Absolutely lovely, highly recommend.

Gets a bit warm on hot days, but hey, you’re in Italy, who’s complaining. Plenty of seating aswell.

A no frills casual place to get some good agnolotti de plin (not ravioli pretending to be agnolotti). They've got meat, vegetarian and vegan varieties, which was great, and there's a weekday lunch special that's supposed to come with pasta, water and an espresso. The reason for the low stars is the service. My niece came in holding a 3/4 empty bottle of water that she had been carrying around all day since there was a massive heatwave while we were there and the server barked at her that she can't drink from it, which we were happy to comply with but the server seemed all upset with us from that point on so other than dropping off our food, she basically ignored us the rest of the time. Since she never came back to offer the coffee, I thought maybe I misunderstood and the special menu was just water OR coffee, so we decided to just go to the counter to pay and I asked whether the coffee was included? Apparently yes, and she seemed surprised that I asked about it. So she made it, and just put it on the counter. It seemed awkward to have everyone go back to the table so I could have the coffee so I swallowed it quickly while everyone just stood in the entry waiting for me. So go for the food, understand that the service seems indifferent at best, and you might not get your espresso unless you're insistent on it.

Great place, staff is polite and nice, food is almost perfect! Recommended!

Nice, cute, good value for money: good if you want something simple and tasty!
