Best local pizza we’ve tried, and the service was top notch… 10/10. You must try.

I’m staying nearby for a long weekend. I came here for a quick meal without reading the reviews. I’m glad I did. I agree with the other 5-star reviews and will be back again, I’m sure.

We came to Rome from Catania for a conference and, looking for something quick but high-quality, we found Impastando...
It was a super pleasant surprise!
Exceptional pizza: light, crispy, and well-leavened dough, with fresh, flavorful toppings.
Super-fast service, extremely friendly staff, and excellent prices.
When we return, it will definitely be a regular stop!
Congratulations

I recently had a chance to try a pizza like the one in the photo, and I'd like to share my impressions. The first thing that caught my eye was the unusual shape of the pizza. Instead of the usual triangular slices, the pizza was cut into rectangular pieces, which added a unique touch. The dough was soft and airy, with a perfectly crispy crust around the edges—this texture paired perfectly with the toppings.

The first pizza featured a delicious combination of cheese and ham. The ham was thinly sliced and lightly toasted, adding a subtle smoky flavor. The cheese, melted to the perfect gooey consistency, harmoniously complemented the meaty component. Overall, the flavors were well balanced—nothing overpowered each other, and each ingredient was fully appreciated.

The second pizza was more minimalist, with an emphasis on the cheese topping. The soft, creamy flavor of the cheese was fully revealed thanks to the simplicity of this version. This is a great choice for cheese pizza lovers who appreciate the richness of the milky flavor.

The excellent presentation on wooden planks added a cozy and homey atmosphere. The delicious pizza, the pleasant texture of the dough, and the high-quality ingredients left a very good impression. I will definitely come back for more!
