Absolutely amazing place! The staff are incredibly friendly, cheerful, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Their positive energy made our visit even more special. The coffee is simply the best I've ever had, and the desserts are out of this world—without a doubt the best in the world! Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. If you're in Bologna, Piano Piano is a must-visit. I can't wait to come back!

Went there for dessert. All the staffs were friendly. One noticed we were cold and turned on the heater for us 🧡
Tiramisu was different than the rest I’ve tried. Not the usual kind that overloads with cream. The ladyfingers (?) were soaked perfect !

The panna cotta texture 10/10 smooth and delicate, taste wise is 8/10 !

Expensive tourist trap on Bologna's large main square. You can do much better....the coffee was not what I've become used to in my last 4 months in Italy!

Super cute atmosphere right there in Piazza Maggiore. Service was exceptional and the cappuccino was delicious and beautiful!

A very tasty meal in an albiet touristy area in Bologna. We were seated upstairs away from the noise of the bar downstairs. Our server was friendly and helpful with the menu. We had a lasagna and a bolognese...both were very good. An enjoyable meal at a fair price.
