The Perla Bianca Residence has some strong points, but also several aspects that, in our opinion, could be improved.
We found some of the staff very welcoming, kind, and helpful, although not all of them showed the same level of attention to guests.
Regarding the food, we were a bit disappointed: the portions were rather small, and the side dishes, fruit, and variety on the buffet were often lacking. Breakfast also didn't live up to expectations: we often had to wait in line and ask for certain items each time, making the service inconvenient and less enjoyable.
We were also dissatisfied with the room cleaning service. During our stay, the rooms weren't cleaned daily, and towels were only changed once a week, requiring us to go and collect them ourselves. Considering that at other resorts, even at a lower price, we've always found rooms cleaned daily and linens changed more frequently, we expected better service.
The real highlight of the holiday was undoubtedly the Style Animation staff. Antonio is an exceptional entertainer: friendly, energetic, witty, and always full of ideas. Mirko, the entertainment director, managed the group with professionalism and great enthusiasm. Special thanks also to Giulia, always sweet, smiling, and attentive to guests, making you feel welcome at all times.
In conclusion, our stay would have been very different without the fantastic work of the entertainment staff, who made the days fun and enjoyable, making up for some of the property's shortcomings. We hope the management takes these observations into consideration to improve the services offered to guests.

This is the second year in a row we've chosen this residence, a place that's now home. We stayed there last year when I was pregnant, and returning this year with my daughter was magical. The staff was once again spectacular—wonderful, welcoming, and always ready to offer a smile. The room was a dream, with a beautiful view overlooking the sea. It gave us unforgettable awakenings. The only tiny detail that we hope will grow to be as perfect as the rest is the food, which was good but could still be improved. Overall, it was a wonderful and emotionally enriching stay. We'll definitely be back.

We've been here twice for pizza. Excellent waiter service and organization, excellent pizza. The view to the left of the sea makes it a great place to be. And we're in the Castellabate Lake area, where when you go to eat, if there's a bit of a casino, they go into crisis. They don't know how to run a restaurant and the owners aren't from there. Well done.

Terrible experience. I'm giving one star only because it's impossible to give zero.

Let's start with the fact that this is the first time, at all the beach resorts we've visited, that we've been banned from even playing cards at the beach bar, despite having consumed regular meals and not having been there without using the resort's services. A truly absurd rule, never seen before.

The bathrooms were simply disgusting: filthy and in unacceptably hygienic conditions. A situation that should never exist in a resort that welcomes guests.

But the most absurd thing was the shower. We were told we couldn't use it because it was reserved exclusively for guests of the residence. Too bad we had paid for the beach service. At every beach resort we've visited so far—Naples, Salerno, the Amalfi Coast, the Sorrento Coast, and even several beaches in Cilento—after paying for the beach service, we were always able to at least use the shower to rinse off the sand before leaving. It's a basic service you'd expect from a beach resort.

Even more unpleasant was the way the ban was communicated to us: rude and unhelpful staff, with an attitude that almost made us feel like we were in the way, rather than customers.

Absurd rules, terrible service, and absolutely unacceptable cleanliness. An experience we won't repeat and one I definitely don't recommend.
