A wonderful bakery! It was our first time in Italy and in this town, and we were pleasantly surprised. The pistachio croissant was delicious, and all the pastries looked very appetizing. A lovely waitress helped us choose in English, which we especially appreciated. Thank you!

Every time I’m in Casale Monferrato, I find myself returning to Ninin - it’s one of those places that just pulls you back. The service is fantastic and the croissants have that perfect French touch with a truly Italian heart in the cream fillings.
The coffee roast is a bit too bitter for my taste, but the incredible flavors and beautiful shapes of all the brioches and pastries more than make up for it.
A spot I’m always happy to be back :)

Great place with excellent service. The quality of the products is superb and the guy serving us was super friendly and trying to give us the best experience.

We (7 & 5 people) visited the café twice, and both times we encountered the same situation with the croissants: the amount of filling inside is extremely minimal, regardless of the flavor.
From the outside, there’s a thin layer of cream (about 0.5 cm) that gives the impression the croissant is generously filled, but inside the actual filling doesn’t exceed a 2 cm diameter essentially, you’re eating plain dough. I also tried the new long form of the croissant expecting this to be generous filled but I found inside a tiny cream near to the end of the croissant.

The quality of the pastry itself is great, no complaints there, but at €3 per croissant (plus €0.50 table service), you expect something more generous not a nearly empty croissant.

Another thing I didn’t appreciate was seeing cakes and pastries being decorated in the lab without the use of gloves, which raises hygiene concerns.

It’s a shame, because the place has potential.

It is clear that they love what they do. The energy and passion becomes part of the food and atmosphere. I would suggest more empathic staff. To keep high quality standard does not necessarily mean being too much serious... but very good overall.
