We stopped in here for a coffee and a little snack on our tour of Milan. The service was very good and the little sandwiches were tasty. Nice atmosphere and decorated for Christmas. We really enjoyed our visit.

Straight up scam. Menu says €6 for ice tea — charged €8. Beer listed at €8 — charged €9. Waiter brought an aperitivo we clearly refused, swore it was free, then slapped €5 on the bill. When we called it out, another staff member tried to gaslight us with "it's only €2 more." No, the whole bill was wrong. This place deliberately overcharges tourists. Avoid.

Incredibly slow service!!!! Waited 40 minutes for a coffee and some eggs. And the food is not worth the wait at all! It’s just basic eggs and bacon, nothing special.

Terrible service, we waited for 15 minutes to get the waiter to come and get our order.

He immediately came off as bothered to speak English and when my wife ask for some drinks from their menu they were “not available”, both. As soon as he told us those were not available he left without even taking the time to ask me what I would potentially would like to order.

Needless to say that we won’t be coming back.

Zeroooooo service!!! 😡🤬🤬🤬We arrived today and took a table outside, there was one waitress very unwelcomming and she was alone serving tables with many people!! After 10’minutes of waiting, we left!! I would like to refer to the owners of Pandenus: siete morti di fame se fate lavorare una persona nei week end!!🤡🤡🤡🤡
