Located within metres of the Teatro Massimo and ideally located for sightseeing central Palermo is this lovely, comfortable accommodation. Grand building leading up to the receptions and rooms which can be dim in the daytime but well lit at night. The room itself was comfortable - spacious, comfortable bedding and a smart TV with Netflix and amazon. The waterfall shower was powerful and enclosed within a hot tub within the room was a lovely feature. Although located close to the Teatro, there was no external noise. The staff were all extremely helpful and communicated in English. the only negative is the breakfast - 25 euros did not justify the quality and selection. The bowls were dusty, the cereals weren't crunchy, the bread selection was basic and there was not cooked eggs on offer.

Beautiful view! Nice and clean rooms! Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not too diversified, but has all the essentials.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palco Rooms & Suites in Palermo. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make our visit special. They organized a wonderful private excursion for us to the Saline of the Laguna Marsala, complete with a car and driver, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. They also gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants, which turned out to be some of the best meals we’ve had in Sicily.

Our room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable — a perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet each morning was a real treat, with fresh local specialties and a beautiful view of the Teatro Massimo from the breakfast room.

The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Palermo, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing once inside. One thing to note, though: access to the B&B isn’t the easiest if you’re carrying heavy luggage, as there are quite a few stairs to manage before reaching the elevator. It wasn’t a big problem for us, but good to be aware of if mobility or luggage weight is an issue.

Overall, we’re very grateful for everything the Palco team did for us and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Palco is the perfect place to stay. Great location including an Opera House view and celebratory Fourth of July quality fire work display from our balcony one evening. Light, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. On top of that , Stefania, her sister, and the two owners , Stefania (too) and Giacomo couldn’t be more pleasant, involved and helpful. They gave us great dinner recommendations.

This is the BEST, by far, B & B, or rather Suites & Breakfast you can stay in, in Palermo (and we tried two others, we left in a hurry).
The suites are amazing, super clean, well equipped, quiet (with windows closed!) and great views of the opera.
The hosts, Giacomo & Stefania are extremely! helpful, very friendly and welcome you in five languages fluently.
The breakfast is fantastic and breakfast room beautiful.
The WHOLE PLACE IS MADE WITH LOVE.
