We stayed here last week and had a lovely time in the hotel and on the island. As mentioned by others, the staff are such lovely helpful people. A very special thanks to the lady at breakfast (Manny)for all her knowledgeable tips about the island and for being so smiley & happy every morning. Sorry we didn't get to tell you how great you were in person, we left in a rush. Also the guy with the cool Ray bans. Lovely chap!

Our only grip with the hotel was the ridiculous drink prices at the pool. €10 for 30mill of regular pilsner beer is just plain silly. That works out as £19 a pint. There are places on the island with absolutely stunning views and atmosphere charging £4 for the same amount of beer. We appreciate that you're a 5* hotel and we don't mind paying more for the finer things in life. But, a regular pilsner can't be €19 a pint. We had one and drew the line at that. Which was a shame, as we had hoped to enjoy a few beers a day around the pool.

Ps the spa area is absolutely fantastic!

Thanks again to all the wonderful staff

Comfortable, clean room, with lovely ensuite bathroom. Kind, helpful staff, who brought a flask of tea each night without me even asking for any, which was super thoughtful. The food at breakfast and dinner was gorgeous, and the spa delightful. I enjoyed the full body massage, facial and pedicure services. The geothermal pool was wonderful. Local supermarket is 10 minutes away, and a bus stop to travel around the island was also 10 minutes away. Not alot to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but it is easy enough to travel around using public transport.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Our room was comfortable, though the bathroom was cramped.
The location is in a less beautiful neighborhood, but the hotel has gone to the trouble of hiring a driver to take you to a few locations during business hours. There is also parking on site if you prefer a rental car and the hotel staff helped coordinate a rental for us.
The staff is a real highlight. Immanuel is a treasure, very sweet and knowledgeable about wine. Manuela was another highlight, she had great tips for the local area and was very sociable and kind. Finally Maddelena was brilliant, coordinated several reservations for us and had many recommendations of dining and sights. Fabulous staff!
We used the thermal spa and the staff there was also very professional. The thermal pool is a must!

Had an amazing week at the Manzi. Staff were super friendly and helpful with great recommendations. The shuttle the hotel provides is excellent. The spa is amazing, was in it most days. Great attention to detail throughout the service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay – Truly One of a Kind!

Our stay at Manzi Hotel & Spa was absolutely exceptional and one of the highlights of our time in Italy. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for.

The room was quiet, spacious, and beautifully maintained, stocked with thoughtful extras like local treats, a cappuccino machine, complimentary bottled water, and plenty of towels. Every detail was considered.

I also enjoyed a facial at the spa, which was a wonderful experience — relaxing, professional, and rejuvenating. We dined at the hotel several times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and every meal was delicious. The breakfast buffet had an abundant selection, and the kitchen staff were happy to prepare special items upon request.

What truly made this stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They were warm, attentive, and accommodating in every way — from arranging a ride into town so we could shop and explore, to organizing a taxi to take us back to the dock for our boat.

This is not just a typical spa hotel — it’s an experience. The artwork and decor throughout the property are stunning and steeped in history, making it feel like part of a living museum.

Out of all the places we stayed in Italy, Manzi Hotel & Spa had the most welcoming and accommodating team. We can’t recommend it highly enough — a true gem we’ll always remember!
