I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and it was exceptional from start to finish. The restaurant has a refined, stylish atmosphere, and the staff strike the perfect balance of attentiveness and discretion. You feel genuinely well looked after, never rushed and never interrupted.

The carbonara was superb: creamy, beautifully seasoned, and elevated by delicate shavings of black truffle. It was easily the best I’ve had.

The wagyu beef was another highlight: cooked with great care, wonderfully tender, and full of flavour. A clear reflection of a kitchen that takes real pride in its craft.

For dessert, I chose the chocolate caprese cake, which was rich, smooth, and deeply satisfying without being overly sweet. An excellent finish to a remarkable meal.

All in all, this is a place where quality, good taste, and thoughtful service come together effortlessly. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The absolute best food I have eaten in Italy. Ordered the gnocchi, meatballs, Burrata, and a tomahawk steak I believe. All were phenomenal. Everything is fresh and the pastas are made in house by the chef! The hospitality and service were above and beyond. Truly worth the visit here to the charming town of Frosinone. The wine paired with dinner was also great. An amazing experience and the price was just right!

Sade playing in the background, delicious wine, steak cooked to perfection. Carbonara is somehow even better. Absolutely incredible experience. A must go.

Yes, food in Rome is absolutely delicious! However, if you find yourself visiting Frosinone or if you’re driving to Naples or returning to Rome, you have to stop at Osteria Tartu! The atmosphere, service, and food are impeccable! I thought I had enough Carbonara in Italy, but after having the one at Osteria Tartu with truffles, I thought I died and went to heaven. Every bite was heavenly!

The owner is fanastic, the food even better! Lovely staff also Definetly returning.
