We stayed at Open Hotel during our trip to Rimini and left really impressed. The rooms were well appointed and spotlessly clean, with genuinely comfortable beds that made it easy to sleep well every night. One of the best parts of the stay was the location: close enough to the beach that we could walk there in under five minutes, but far enough back from the beach clubs that we weren't disturbed by late-night noise. The rooms themselves were quiet, which made a real difference after a full day of sightseeing. Breakfast was another highlight. Coming from Canada, we were used to fairly simple hotel breakfasts, so the spread here felt genuinely extensive, with plenty of variety every morning. Overall a great base for exploring Rimini, and we'd happily stay again.

Fantastic boutique hotel super close to Rimini's marina seaside. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff is super attentive and very friendly, and the breakfast varied and served until late in the morning which for some can be an added bonus. It's not my first time at this hotel and for sure won't be my last one!

We stayed here for five nights as a couple, using the hotel as a base for day trips to places such as San Marino and Bologna. Public transport to the hotel isn't the most straightforward and requires a bit of effort, which can be challenging in the summer heat.
The hotel itself was clean, and we were able to check in early, which was much appreciated after an early start to our journey.
The hotel is simple in its approach. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but it suited our needs and was comfortable enough for our stay.
I've given the hotel four stars for a few reasons. Firstly, in this day and age, and especially during periods of hot weather, complimentary bottled water in the room would be a welcome addition. Most hotels I've stayed at provide at least two bottles per room each day. Although there are plenty of nearby shops, it would still be a thoughtful touch. The fridge in the room is also very small and only has space for a couple of 500 ml bottles, so we found ourselves buying water daily.
The breakfast was adequate but quite limited for vegetarians, with the same selection available every morning. The fruit was often in short supply and appeared to run out quickly, with only pineapple, watermelon and melon offered throughout our stay. The fruit juices also tasted more like diluted squash than fruit juice, and the same three options were available each day.
The bathroom could also benefit from a small shelf or storage area for toiletries. As there was nowhere to put our products, we had to leave them on the shower tray while showering.
On the positive side, the air conditioning worked very well, which made a big difference in the hot weather. The location is convenient for the beach and is around a 20-minute walk from Rimini's main train station, making it a good base for exploring the surrounding area.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. While there are a few areas that could be improved, the hotel was clean, comfortable and served its purpose well as a base for exploring the region.

Our stay was overall good, starting with a smooth booking process and an easy, welcoming check-in. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The view was okay, but noise carried easily from outside and other rooms.
We didn’t use the facilities, but the in-room amenities were sufficient. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t work during our stay.
Service was okay overall — we had no special requests, but housekeeping was excellent and kept everything spotless. Breakfast was perfect, and the staff there were especially kind and attentive.
The location was perfect, very convenient for getting around.
Overall, it was a good stay and good value!

Personally I´ve not been there but my son with a friend and they really enjoyed it. The room was great, the beds were cosy and the shower was very big and spacious.

I want to especially thank FIONA for her support and her extremely friendly way!
