Excellent sunday breakfast! The specialty coffee from Brazil was my favourite. The food is amazing and the service is good. We lucked out as we didn’t have a reservation but they were able to accommodate us. The pain au chocolate was dreamy!

I went to this restaurant with my family for my brother’s birthday.
We were welcomed in a very warm way, as if we were having dinner at friends’. The place isn’t very big, which makes it feel cozy and familiar. They also have a lovely veranda and some outdoor seating — so I recommend booking a table in advance!
We were asked whether we wanted to order from the menu or let the chef surprise us — we chose to trust the chef, and it was absolutely worth it.
There were 10 courses in total: two starters (you must try their butter and “culatello”!), four appetizers, and four main dishes. We shared everything, and still ended up completely full. The portions were generous and perfectly balanced.
We paired the meal with two bottles of wine, plus a glass of dessert wine at the end.
If you’re not familiar with wines, don’t worry — the staff are real experts and can recommend the best options according to your taste and budget.
We brought our own dessert from a patisserie, and they only asked for the ingredient list for HACCP compliance, which was perfectly reasonable.
Throughout the entire dinner, the staff were very attentive and always ready to meet our needs.
As for the price: it really depends on the wine you choose. The cost of the dishes is more than fair, considering the creativity and freshness of the ingredients. All their ingredients come from local suppliers who follow sustainable and ethical practices — they don’t use products from intensive farming. In the end, the total depends mostly on your choice of drinks.
Overall, I found this place a truly refreshing experience — refined dishes that are creative yet approachable.
I loved the evening and will definitely come back!

Charming spot with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The coffee is top-notch and the breakfast/brunch food is delicious and well-prepared. Our waitress was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

I regret not discovering Onest when I lived in the neighborhood. I make it a point to visit when I am back. Their coffee is consistently really, really good. That’s the most important part of course. As for things to eat — the chocolate + salt cookies are usually there, overlooked hiding in a jar behind the impressive pastry display, but truly it’s perfect with one of their coffees and you should try one.

If the weather is good you can enjoy the sunlight in their little garden or veranda, and it makes for a lovely morning break. The baristas might look too-cool-for-you like one often finds in Milan coffee shops, but unlike other shops they turn out to be quite friendly and welcoming, not at all snobby.

Really fantastic spot for food and coffee (it was still before noon, but we plan to come back for wine later!). Backyard patio area is incredibly chic while the indoors had a nice cellar vibe. You cannot go wrong here.

Bonus for a bathroom with exfoliating soap!!
