A piece of heaven on earth. I stayed at Nordelaia for 2 nights for my boyfriend’s birthday, and everything was absolute perfection. From pre arrival, when I was talking with the front desk per email to organize everything in the room for this special occasion, to our arrival at the hotel with some unexpected gifts. Then during our stay when they cared and remembered every single details I mentioned through our email conversations. The room was the most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in, with a little peaceful terrace. The breakfast, may I say, surprised me as you get sort of little bites of amazing food before ordering whatever you want on their menu (we took buttermilk pancakes, best pancakes I’ve ever had). Coffee of course as we are in Italy was a 10/10, and their homemade juices ?? I thought i wouldn’t like it because it had carrot in it but I’m glad that I tried it anyway because it was so subtle, it was delicious.
The Infinity pool with the gorgeous view and birds singing everywhere is sooo peaceful.
And lastly the spa area ??? It is outrageous (in a good way of course). You have everything from the sauna, to the steam room, to hot and cold foot bath, to calm areas separated by curtains if you want to rest, and ending with the heated pool which also gets a beautiful view !!
It felt like a stay in a palace, I just can’t stop thinking about it since I went back home.
Special thanks to Razmik, Ilenia, and Giovanna. You made this stay and our memories unforgettable.

Our weekend at Nordelaia was honestly one of the most relaxing escapes we’ve had in Piemonte.

The light over the rolling hills was just magical from morning to sunset, the kind of golden glow you wish you could bottle and take home. Everything felt calm, slow, and beautifully in tune with nature.

The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. If you go, you have to try the ribs for dinner. And the vanilla gelato with burnt meringue… completely unforgettable. We loved it so much we ordered it twice.

What made the stay even more special was the kindness of the team. A special thank you to Ramzik, who so thoughtfully brought treats for our dog. It’s these little gestures that make a place feel truly warm and welcoming.

A truly wonderful little gem in Piemonte that we can’t wait to return to.

Why does this restaurant not have a Michelin star?

Lorto may well be the finest restaurant without a star. Every element is executed with clarity and purpose: deeply considered dishes, flawless execution, and a service team that is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate.

The concept is elegant and coherent, rooted in its surroundings, while the location itself is nothing short of exceptional—serene, distinctive, and perfectly integrated into the experience.
This is cuisine of precision and soul, delivered without pretence. A Michelin star would not elevate Lorto; rather, Lorto would elevate the guide.

Absolutely amazing hotel. What a nice service, I hadn‘t such a good service for a while. Especially I want to thank Razo and Doha for the attention, competent and lovely caring - this is next level service☺️
The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful landscape of green woods and has an amazing infinity pool where you can also have SUPER delicious food.
Also our dog was warmly welcomed what is always a big plus for us.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for this great experience.

Everything about this hotel is the 1st class. And the service, if I could give 10stars I would.
You can order drink by the pool WhatsApp, it’s such a great idea, the food is great, fabulous Spa and the views are stunning.
If you want to relax completely - just come here.
