This hotel delivered an outstanding experience with its unbeatable beachfront location - literally steps from gorgeous sand and clear water.
The on-site restaurant served excellent local dishes that exceeded expectations.
The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with recommendations and any requests. Their genuine warmth and helpfulness created a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is spacious, surrounded by green areas, and just a short walk from the beach. The rooms are always kept very clean, and the staff is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and especially attentive to children, making families feel very comfortable.

The breakfast could be improved. While the fruit selection is fresh and the service is excellent, the menu is almost the same every day, there is limited variety, and the egg dishes could be prepared better.

One suggestion for the hotel would be to better inform guests about the atmosphere of the property. During our stay, there were many families with children, which naturally means that the pool can be lively at times. We noticed that some adult guests, who seemed to be looking for a very quiet environment, became upset by children playing in the pool, and some even addressed them in an unfriendly way. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere for families.

Perhaps the hotel could make it clearer that it welcomes both families and guests seeking relaxation, so everyone knows what to expect. That would help avoid misunderstandings and make the experience more enjoyable for all.

I spent five days at the Balance Hotel. I was immediately struck by the spacious, well-maintained location, with plenty of greenery and a beautiful, clean pool. The rooms are clean and functional, but could use a bit of a refresh. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the dinner is high-quality, with a wide selection from appetizers to dessert. The sweet and savory breakfast buffet is also varied and high-quality. The hotel is about a fifteen-minute walk away, and the value for money is excellent!

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and we had a great experience from the very first moment with the reception staff (I had already contacted them by phone for the reservation and really liked the girl I spoke with).
However, all the staff I met during our stay were professional, polite, and friendly (from the waiters, to the bartenders, to the lifeguard, and the housekeeping staff). Well done!
The room assigned to us, despite being a basic room, was truly spacious (with a very large and comfortable bed), a large and well-equipped bathroom, and a lovely little balcony overlooking the sea.
We admired the spaciousness throughout the hotel; we loved the furnishings, the large sofas, the furnishings, and all the details arranged in every corner to enhance the view.
The pool was very beautiful and clean, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas.
The well-kept green spaces were lovely, perfect for sitting and chatting al fresco.
The dining and breakfast room is very spacious and bright.
This hotel certainly doesn't skimp on food, as both breakfast and dinner offer a vast selection of delicacies sure to please every palate.
It's definitely a hotel where, as soon as you leave, you can't wait to return.
Highly recommended!

A very comfortable, well-maintained hotel with impeccable service. Finally, a facility managed by the kindness and enthusiasm of young people... It's precisely these young people who manage the reception, breakfast, and other amenities. The breakfast was divine, with excellent quality products, sweet and savory fruit. I highly recommend it. Kudos to the management for entrusting the management to these young people. Congratulations!
