Sandwich place in the heart of Pavia. The sandwich bread tasted like wood but the fillings were quite tasty. The service was bad, we were long forgotten by the servers despite being the only people in the cafe for a long time. The sandwiches are rather expensive while the coffee is more on the cheaper side.

We had an amazing experience here for our graduation celebration in Pavia! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and made us feel truly special. He generously treated us to wonderful local wine, delicious salumi, traditional Pavia bread and cheese, and even crispy fries.
The atmosphere was warm and joyful, we were even able to celebrate with our own music, which made the night unforgettable. Everything was perfect, from the hospitality to the food.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a friendly place with authentic flavors and a great vibe. Thank you for such a beautiful memory! 🎉🍷

Wonderful café in the historic setting of the piazza with Pavia’s Duomo. Our sandwiches were superb! They were all freshly made and from locally sourced meats and vegetables and cheese. The freshly sliced loaf is wrapped around the generous filling. My son had a hot chocolate that was so rich it was the best he has ever had. We thoroughly recommend the pulled pork sandwich, the ‘Salmonado’ and the beef burger with blue cheese ‘Bue Maialo’. You will not regret it!

Everything was amazing. Great brunch, great coffee. The staff is nice and approachable, communication in English was smooth.

It was my favorite coffee place in town. Great staff, wonderful interior and location. I miss it!
