We are absolutely delighted - the place is perfect, the food, the service, the drinks…… all fantastic!
A young and very dedicated team, we really enjoyed this evening and we highly recommend this place!

A very well-kept and welcoming place. Both the fried foods and the pizzas are delicious. The staff are very helpful and attentive to allergy concerns; they even gave us a complimentary dessert to apologize for a mistake on one of the two pizzas, which resulted in a longer wait.
Recommended!

Bad experience, I can't understand the other reviews: excessive wait, incorrect orders, and disorganized wait staff (poor guys). I ordered a house marinara pizza (€14!!) whose specialty was supposed to be Spanish anchovy, but instead I got that anorexic discount store anchovy on a bed of nothing!! It's a shame because overall, it has potential!

For our @forchette.in.viaggio column, we stopped at a place whose name speaks volumes, but whose food is pure transparency: Pizzeria Losca in Sandonaci (Br).
Forget the usual flat and rubbery pizza; here we are faced with a contemporary-inspired product that truly impressed us for three reasons:
The dough (the real star)

Light, long-leavened, special flours, a soft, well-aired crust
A dough that melts in the mouth and doesn't weigh on the stomach at all, especially when cooked very well.

The Ingredients (between classic and sophisticated)

We tried two different versions: the classic Margherita... pure and authentic flavor, exceptional tomato sauce, strictly local mozzarella, basil that adds color and freshness, and a generous drizzle of excellent olive oil, always Made in Puglia... what more could you ask for when you have all the excellence on your plate? The other choice, however, was the specialty pizzas that exude sophistication, with particular attention not only to the raw materials but above all to the combinations. We chose the "Trulla" in the white version (my express request) with fiordilatte capocollo strictly from Martina Franca and a sprinkling of olive powder, perfect combinations that give this pizza a unique result that enhances the flavor in a truly extraordinary way.

The Essence of Sandonaci

In a small area (population 6,000), Losca Pizzeria is truly a challenge and a breath of fresh air (the owners are very young) that demonstrates how innovation can be achieved even in these small villages.

Our verdict
If you're in the area, don't be a "shady" person... stop by and enjoy one of the best pizzas in the Brindisi area.

Our first time at this new pizzeria. A positive experience.
The welcome, the atmosphere, the service, the menu. Everything was perfect. The pizzeria has a truly elegant and modern style, and whoever designed it has truly excellent taste! We sat inside because the tables outside were all taken, but they reserved a table for us, which, much to my husband's delight, was close to the air conditioning, so we had a great time! We enjoyed a truly excellent buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto as an appetizer. Next, the pizza... excellent, with a thick crust just the way I like it, light and full of top-quality ingredients. The dessert made everything even more delicious. Absolutely reasonable prices. No wait. We will definitely be back.
