From the very beginning, the entire evening felt like a series of delightful surprises. We came expecting good food and wine—but experienced true fine dining, paired with exceptional wines and outstanding Champagnes.
Just when we thought it couldn’t get better, beautifully crafted cocktails followed, adding another layer to an already impressive experience.
Le Bollicine is an intimate, elegant place where you can truly feel the passion of its owners. Everything is done with soul and authenticity, and the staff reflect that same warmth and dedication.
At moments, it felt like stepping into a glamorous private party in Sanremo in the 1980s—effortlessly stylish and full of life. The music and singer elevated the atmosphere into something truly special.
A place where gastronomy, emotion, and atmosphere come together beautifully—an experience that stays with you long after the night ends.

I had a memorable experience at Le Bollicine, not just for the great food but for something truly meaningful that left a lasting impression. After a long day of traveling, I was exhausted and couldn’t get a reservation anywhere else, so I was grateful to find this place that accepted walk-ins. The food was excellent—delicious and satisfying—but what truly stood out was the honesty and kindness of the waitress.

When I handed over two €20 bills with the check, she took them away and then returned to tell me that I had accidentally given €60 instead of €40 (two bills had stuck together). Her honesty and integrity were incredibly refreshing, especially as a tourist, where there's often concern about being targeted or taken advantage of. Her act of kindness and professionalism restored my faith in genuine hospitality and made my evening truly special.

Le Bollicine isn’t just a place with great food; it’s a restaurant where honest, caring service makes all the difference. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and trustworthy staff.

One of the finest restaurants in Trieste. The food was immaculate with the grilled octopus being a standout. This place also had an extensive wine selection tailored to the meal of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a dining experience I will never forget.

Having journeyed throughout the day, I chose to indulge in some delightful cuisine and wine, and this establishment certainly delivered! I savored the grilled octopus, which was impeccably prepared. It was tender, not at all tough, and presented with great care. I was able to unwind, and thanks to the exceptionally courteous and amiable service, I felt both valued and well-attended to.

this place was phenomenal, the vibe was great, food even better and the service was first class. Couldn't recommend this place any more to anyone in the area. The next time I'm in town I will without a doubt be coming back!!!
