Fantastic new place: ambiance, service, food. Bravi to the team. Our new favorite in the area. Highly recommend!

The food is so good. Out of the many dishes we ordered there wasn’t even one miss. It’s a shame we didn’t try all the dishes because I’d love to come back and try everything. The scenery is beautiful as well but the food could stand on its own if needed.

Atmosphere, service, kindness and wonderfully grown food, loved it.

We would absolutely recommend this restaurant, the team has built a very lovely restaurant with amazing food and great service. We had the best time!

La Scuderia is a recently opened restaurant, housed in a stable that once housed Quarter Horses. The interior has been completely renovated to accommodate the kitchen, while the outdoor courtyard, nestled in the countryside, hosts large tables in a truly picturesque setting.
The menu is simple and traditional, but well executed and with great attention to the finest ingredients.
Everything is delicious, from start to finish: starting with the Cinta Senese prosciutto, rich in flavor and just the right amount of fattiness, the kind that melts in your mouth; continuing with the first course, with strictly handmade pasta; and finishing with the chicken, which remains soft and moist, with that authentic, free-range country flavor.

A great experience for a day trip, especially for someone like me coming from Rome.
