Perfect pizza and place, average 10 euros each

A simple place with friendly and helpful staff. The prices are super fair and the ingredients are excellent.
They also have a few good beers on tap.

I recommend asking for the Bari-style dough if you like thin, crispy pizza.

I'm reluctant to give this pizzeria a negative review.
Every time I've eaten there, it's made me feel unwell, even though I don't have any food intolerances. The dough itself is nice, but a little too chewy for my taste.

The place is cute, well-decorated, and the prices are reasonable.

+++ UPDATE +++
I'm happy to add an extra star because I've returned after a long time. I was very satisfied.
I had the pizza, which, unlike previous visits, as mentioned above, didn't have any negative effects on me this time—quite the opposite! I found it truly pleasant and tasty, with the dough just right, soft without being crunchy or chewy.
The service was very quick, even though the place was busy.
I'll definitely be back again.

On a narrow street outside the center of Santeramo in Colle, beneath a nondescript apartment building, lies the pizzeria "La Giara." In a simple space, furnished with understated Arte Povera furnishings, you can enjoy excellent pizzas. The dough, made with mostly local, stone-ground flours, creates a soft and easily digestible pizza that sits somewhere between a "Napoli" style and the latest thin crust pizza from Bari. The locally sourced toppings help elevate this simple dish to a sublime level. The desserts are a must-try. Prices are more than reasonable.

The trend for "canotto" pizzas with their puffed crust—you know it's only a 10-year-old fad, and you also know that the true Neapolitan pizza isn't that, but rather the "cartwheel" pizza, gigantic and crustless. You might think you can make Neapolitan pizza dough with life preservers. That's not the case.
