Chef de rang per contesto stellato

I stayed at the hotel with two friends. We had reserved a table in the hotel for the evening of our stay. We believe we were the only customers of the restaurant as we didn’t see anyone else. The portions were very small and all the food was clearly microwaved - we heard the sound of it being microwaved and many of the foods were lukewarm or cold in the middle. We understand the problem if there is no chef present and there is no other restaurant for guests to dine at nearby - however, the quality of the food (pre-prepared) should be communicated ahead of time and the price should be adjusted accordingly.

Furthermore, none of the food was especially good (except the pannacotta and the wine). Paying 12€ for three peppers was a bit insane, to be honest. The waiter/hotel receptionist was very nice, but we hoped we could have received more communication on what to expect from the food and to have a more corresponding price.

We had the most incredible dinner here. The food was delicious - all
Local ingredients and unusual and inventive without being fussy or pretentious. The service was also exceptional, friendly and informative, particularly with advice about which local wines were suitable with our choices. It is not cheap, but is incredibly good value for a really special and memorable meal. We look forward to a return visit one day.

A sublime place!
A corner of enchantment within our territory.
I had never been to this enchanted paradise.
The owners and managers were immediately welcoming, accommodating, and available for any eventuality.
Inside, there's a bio-lake where you can't help but take a dip, no matter the weather.
The structure offers a glimpse of history in every corner, a narrative corner where you can stop and admire every object, utensil, wall, painting, and even the tallest thing.
The restaurant is small, but it's one of those places where every bite takes you to the skies and makes you dream of any fantasy.
The landscape surrounding the structure is enchanting.
Truly, congratulations.
I'm always amazed and astonished by the possibility of enjoying and knowing that in Italy, some corners of the world manage to remain untouched by what has become a society geared towards speed and work.
It's easy to unwind.

The location, staff, and food are top notch. We'll definitely be back. The chamomile-infused mountain butter is magnificent.

I never thought I'd find a restaurant of this caliber in a small village near Biella. Quality food and service in a truly beautiful setting with decor that almost feels like a "cabinet of curiosities."
The dishes are generous and well-executed. My compliments to the chef for her pigeon; I thoroughly enjoyed it. The wine tasting offered was top-notch, and I recommend it with the menus. But let's get to the dishes offered. I was really stumped... The selection was entirely to my taste; I would have ordered the whole menu, but in the end I opted for the "not for everyone" menu: venison tartare/macaroni with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and peach snuffbox/BBQ pigeon/dessert changed to a cheese tasting, €70, perfect!
Wine tasting €30, perfect!
Will we be back with our dachshund?! Of course!
