Il resort si distingue per i suoi ambienti raffinati ed eleganti, è immerso in un’oasi tropicale maestosa, su una marina spettacolare ed è un connubio perfetto tra modernità e stile arabo.

We had a very enjoyable 5-night stay at Fanar Hotel & Residences, Salalah (30 July–4 August). Overall, it was a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, while the hotel’s beautiful location, seafront walkways, and aquapark for kids made the stay particularly enjoyable for the family.

The food variety was excellent, with an impressive range of choices at both breakfast and dinner, which the kids especially enjoyed. Special thanks to the restaurant team, particularly Mr. Badr, Ms. Mercy, Mr. Khaled (Food & Beverages), and Mr. Abul (Chef), who were always kind, smiling, helpful, and welcoming.

One area that could be significantly improved is the hospitality at reception. Compared with the excellent restaurant service, the reception staff appeared less welcoming and attentive, and a warmer, more guest-focused approach would greatly improve the overall experience.

Despite this, we had a wonderful stay and particularly enjoyed the location, sea-view walkways, excellent food selection, and kids’ aquapark. A great family hotel in Salalah that we would be happy to visit again.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was comfortable, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall service was excellent.

But what actually triggered me to leave this review was one of the waiters, Ranjan. He was incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely pleasant. His attitude and hospitality really stood out and made the experience even better. You can tell when someone truly enjoys what they do and cares about the guests.

Ranjan deserves special recognition — people like him are a big reason why guests remember a hotel and want to come back.

Thank you to the whole team for a great stay, and especially to Ranjan! 🙌

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect environment for rest and relaxation. The service throughout was excellent, with the staff demonstrating professionalism and genuine care. I would like to especially acknowledge Mr. Raed at the reception and Mr. Mohammed Gouda, F&b Manager. Their efforts truly stood out and made a significant difference. Dining in the restaurant was a unique experience, thanks to the delicious food and the wonderful team of chefs who prepared it. Overall, the dedication and kindness of your staff made our visit memorable, and we look forward to returning in the future.

It is not about how many guests a hotel has, but how much attention it gives to quality, hospitality, and following proper standards.

Fanar Hotel Salalah truly showed a different level of hospitality during this period of low occupancy. We stayed in a hotel that is normally capable of hosting hundreds of guests, yet during our visit it was welcoming only a few families. Despite this, every single team member from reception to transportation was fully supportive and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable.

The highlight for us was the restaurant. The variety of food, the absence of repetition, and the daily preparation of fresh starters and desserts were impressive. The chefs, particularly from India and Egypt, took the time to understand guests’ tastes and preferences, creating a beautiful showcase of Indian and Egyptian cuisine alongside international dishes. Experiencing authentic Egyptian flavors and a different Indian dish each day made our stay truly special.

The restaurant staff paid attention to every guest, the housekeeping team worked efficiently with great care, and the lifeguards at both the pool and beach were attentive even when only one child was swimming. The pool bar added to the experience with refreshing drinks, and the activity team kept the evenings lively for children with daily programs.

What Fanar’s teamwork created for us was truly memorable. We are already looking forward to coming back this time, hopefully, under normal conditions.

This was our first visit to the Sultanate of Oman, coming from the UAE, and we can honestly say that Fanar Hotel is the best and most luxurious hotel we have ever stayed in. It exceeded all of our expectations in every possible way.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. We would especially like to thank Hamada at the reception desk, who was incredibly kind, generous, and helpful from the very first moment we arrived. His warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable.
The hotel offers everything you could wish for: a delicious and varied breakfast, breathtaking views, beautiful swimming pools, outstanding cleanliness throughout the property, and incredibly fast room service.
Every detail reflects excellence and genuine care for guests. We felt comfortable, valued, and truly spoiled during our stay.
In our opinion, this hotel deserves not just 5 stars, but 10 stars and more. Thank you to the entire team for making our first trip to Oman such a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We will definitely be coming back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
