I've been to Isola del Gusto several times, and it's not your average ice cream shop. The gelato is truly excellent and creamy, but the great thing is that you can come any time of day.
From breakfast with cappuccino and a brioche or cookies made by Elena, the owner (who also makes a wide variety of other treats, like parfaits and cakes), to a quick lunch with sandwiches, tramezzini, or hot dishes, to an aperitif with a spritz and generous platters.
The place is welcoming, and the owner and staff are always kind and helpful.

A place you'll gladly return to, whether alone or with friends!

What can I say? Always a testament to their kindness and generosity. We usually go for breakfast (the brioches are the best I've ever tasted in a bar!), but today we enjoyed an aperitivo, delicious and plentiful, with appetizers included in the price, and we even got a boatload of appetizers at a truly reasonable price.
See you next time, girls!

Very nice place, but it's run by staff who don't appreciate the work they do. The girls are rude and surly, never a smile! I've stopped going there, but not just me, but also many others who think like me! I'd start changing the staff, I'm sorry...

Amazing service!!! I turned to Elena for a very important commission for me. A friend of mine from Bergamo was celebrating her birthday, and since I couldn't go in person because I live in Turin, I asked if it would be possible to organize a beautiful birthday cake: the result? Spectacular! My friend was so moved and I was incredibly happy! Thanks again for the care and attention you gave me! I felt truly pampered! They even sent me a video of the delivery: it almost made me feel like I was there! Thanks again!!!

Excellent fast service, excellent brioches, excellent prices and what else to say, qualified staff, 100% clean. Too bad that if you ask for croissants with cream or chocolate or anything else, takeaway, the answer is always the same, no, because I have to have breakfast, this is what happened to me. But if you sit at the table and order 300 croissants, no problem. 🥐🥐🥐🤬🤬🤬🤬
