Oh no such a shame!! This place used to be so good but something has changed. The coffee icecream was like flavoured frozen ice, nothing creamy about it and the semi freddo was rock hard. Even 10min in the hot sun couldn't melt the semi freddo!!!

I come here every year and the ice cream has always been very good. This year I believe it has taken over by different owners and the ice cream is not good. I been here a few times this month and I found the ice cream to lack any real taste. The ice cream tastes more of ice then flavour. Staff friendly enough.

After a day at the beach, I saw this ice cream shop and, a little reluctantly (as I'm lactose intolerant), I went in. The girl at the counter was very kind in recommending dairy-free flavors; they also have gluten-free cones.
Highly recommended.

Gelateria K2 in Chiavari is a must-see!
The gelato is truly excellent: creamy, intense, and made with mountain milk and cream, which you can taste from the first bite and make all the difference. The flavors are carefully crafted, balanced, and crafted with great attention to quality. Plus, the staff is always courteous, smiling, and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Perfect for a stroll along the Chiavari seafront. Highly recommended!
