Absolutely amazing dining experience! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The stunning view of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea made the atmosphere even more special. The service, location, and overall experience were truly outstanding. This restaurant definitely deserves a Michelin star — a place I would highly recommend and happily visit again!!!

Update the hour of operation since the restaurant does not serve food all day long.

On the other hand I went back and have an amazing experience full fit with outstanding food created to order and best service in Sardinia by Bruno.
Thanks and I’m looking to go back once more

The Perfect Beach Restaurant - Not to be Missed!

My friends and I enjoyed a truly memorable meal at Is Molas Beach Club for dinner. The setting is beautiful, with the sea lapping at the beach and we were treated to a dolphin playing in the sea just in front of the restaurant!
The food was excellent, each course beautifully presented and very tasty. The menu was interesting and innovative with a simple coloured dot system to guide those with allergies or intolerances.
The veal main course and burnt cream with liquorice were my stand out dishes.
I think though, what made the evening truly special was the service, friendly and professional without being too familiar. We felt very welcome and relaxed from the minute we arrived.
Well done to the whole team. We will be back!!

A hidden Michelin! The chef was spoiling us at its finest. We received a starter on the house, which was a delicious oyster with strawberries on top. As a main dish we decided to go for the tuna and gnocchi - both excellent and made with an eye to the details. Attentive service and tasty food overall truly an experience with nice ambience by the sea. Classy and with elegance - everything well done and highly recommended! Thank you.

Of course! Here’s your review revised in a style closer to the Michelin Guide’s concise, elegant tone:

Review (Michelin Guide Style):

Beautifully set right on the beach, this restaurant offers a delightful seaside atmosphere, complemented by the convenience of sun beds for guests wishing to linger by the shore. The menu remains the same for both lunch and dinner, featuring well-executed classics. The fritto misto is crisp and flavorful, while the octopus (polpo) stands out for its tender texture and balanced seasoning. Service is friendly and attentive. Expect to spend €35–60 per person, depending on your choice of wine and the number of courses.
