Nice meat. If you come after 2130 the .
meat is not good
The bananas are nice but at some point it finishes.
The staff are nice. I like the place
place.
During week days they dont serve the all meat possibilities.

The real deal. This is the closest I've been to a Brazilian rodizio in Rome. The salad bar is mostly meat based but has many options. For vegetarian/vegan requests you need to text the restaurant beforehand and they will prepare vegan black beans. Meat comes often and if you prefer well done just ask the server and he will stop by your table w the well done portions the next time he goes around. The restaurant staff is really friendly and welcoming. A good stop if you're visiting the Basilica San Paola and are tired of cacio e pepe ;)

Service was not good that we end up serving just 3 times and once was chicken.
They dont pay attention about it at all but food was good i have to admit . But we cant have much unfortunately and at the end it really doesnt worth the price.

An excellent Brazilian churrascao restaurant on Via Ostiense. Service was immaculate. The buffet options were great and the meat selections were grilled to perfection. A must visit when in carnivore mode. Bom dia!

I had a wonderful experience at Imperio Gaucho with my family! Vivianne was was great and very attentive the entire time. The steak was very delicious, the same for the buffet selection.
