We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it .

The location is excellent—just five minutes from the center of Alba. Our room was elegant, spotless, and very spacious. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the hospitality and warm service provided by Massimiliano, the owner. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for his guests were truly unmatched.

He gave us excellent recommendations for exploring the Piedmont region and even arranged a fantastic wine tasting tour for us, which made our trip even more memorable.

Overall, it was a remarkable experience, and we look forward to returning to this lovely hotel in the future.

Located just a few minutes by car from the city center of Alba, this venue is absolutely beautiful.
Everything has been renovated with extreme accuracy.

I had three dinners in the restaurant located on the ground floor.
The quality of the food was absolutely excellent as well as the service, run by Massimiliano (director and owner of the venue).

Bottom line, we all had a great experience at Il Mulino d'Alba 1888 and I highly recommend this place.

It was our second experience at this truly wonderful little luxury resort!
The hospitality of the owner, Massimiliano, is simply impeccable: extremely professional, passionate, and attentive to every detail.
His willingness to organize experiences outside the resort is excellent. Thanks to his numerous contacts, you can visit some of the best wineries in the area and enjoy high-quality tastings.
A great added bonus is the fact that the resort has only three rooms, making it extremely exclusive. If you're traveling with friends or family, you have practically the entire property to yourself, enjoying an intimate and private experience.
Highly recommended for a weekend of relaxation, good wine, and exploring the local area.
The resort's menu is also extraordinary, carefully curated, and of great quality.
The value for money is absolutely balanced and more than satisfactory.

An extraordinary experience at Mulino d'Alba, one that truly stays in your heart. From the first moment, we were welcomed into an elegant yet warm and authentic setting, where you could feel the passion for cooking and hospitality.
The food was simply exceptional: every dish was meticulously crafted, with balanced flavors and the highest-quality ingredients. You could clearly sense the respect for tradition, combined with meticulous attention to presentation and pairings. Every course was a discovery, from start to finish.
A special thanks goes to the owner, Massimiliano, a truly exquisite, helpful, and kind person. It was my birthday, and he made us feel incredibly pampered, transforming the dinner into a special and unforgettable moment. These touches make all the difference and demonstrate a sincere love for their work and their guests.
The wines selected were exceptional, perfectly recommended and paired with the dishes, enhancing every flavor and making the experience even more complete. A top-notch selection, presented with expertise and passion.

The highest quality, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to return immediately. Definitely worth a visit, no doubt!

We chose this beautiful renovated mill to celebrate New Year's Eve, and we were thrilled and satisfied. We enjoyed hand-chopped raw Fassona beef with black truffle, vegetable flan with fondue, ravioli del plin with brown sauce, tajarin with truffle and truffle butter (🫠🫠🫠), Barolo stew on a potato cream, and cotechino with lentil cream. The tiramisu was exceptional...
..all cooked according to tradition by a very promising young chef!
The kindness of the owner, Massimiliano, and the charming atmosphere made the evening special. See you soon.
