We had Elisa for our server/waitress and she was wonderful

For English primary speakers this was a wonderful experience. We were treated with kindness and allowed to practice our broken Italian.

When our limited Italian was met with ordering a whole salami compared to a typically US cold cut platter that we were attempting to order; Elise was wonderfully adept at steering our order to a sliced meat platter.

I really hate that I can’t recall the sommeliers name but he was absolutely wonderful in helping us select a wine for our order. We never felt pressured for the “up sell” and loved the wine he helped us select

All around the staff was wonderful and the restaurant felt safe, delicious and clean!

As this is an enoteca rather than a restaurant my rating regarding food concerns the wine selection. I've been a number of times and have found the wine selection to be quite varied and offers different and interesting options that are more niche than other places with smaller producers. The food we have ordered is usually something small to go with the wine, nonetheless it has been tasty and of high quality. The service is quick, they are well informed about their selection and honest about prices when they suggest something. Nice fun place to share a glass of something.

We visited for a group gathering and everything was fantastic. The wines were spot‑on, the food was amazing, and the service made the whole experience even better. I loved it and absolutely recommend it.

My husband and I visited Il Convino since this bar was only 2 mins from our accomodation and highly rated. We sat outside the terrace area and loved the relaxing atmosphere. We stayed longer, ate and drank more than expected. The service was excellent- everyone was friendly and welcoming. One of the waiters recommended and helped us choose our wine. We were able to taste some wines before ordering. We ordered a cheeseboard and hummus with vegetables. Both were great! Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

Real chill vibes. We came in just to grab a quick drink and ended up hanging out till closing time with 3 bottles of delicious wines.

Great recommendations from the team and the setup is really nice and relaxing. 100% recommend.
