Very relaxing place, large grounds to walk around, the pool is a nice spot. Also the food is good if you want to dine in at the restaurant. Rooms were very quiet and the bathrooms had tubs instead of tiny little showers. Highly recommend!!!

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room was extremely hot and stuffy. When we asked the reception to adjust the temperature, they simply told us to open the window! After opening it, a lot of mosquitoes and flies came into the room, and we couldn’t sleep at all.

On top of that, because the window was open, there was a lot of noise early in the morning, as there was an area right outside where people were having breakfast.

The room service was also very poor. The phone in the room wasn’t working, so we couldn’t even call to request anything we needed. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Stayed there as part of your post cruise. We stayed in the main part which makes it convicting the desk and restaurant. Our room was good and well kept. The other section you can reach by a tunnel has incredible looking rooms. I would probably stay in that section if I came back. Excellent service and clean .

We stayed here during our honeymoon and it was the perfect introduction to Italy. The property is breathtaking - views of the rolling Tuscan hills and the hotel and the land are so peaceful.

Their restaurant is wonderful. Simple, elegant, and beautifully done. The tiramisu was one of the best I had the entire trip. We also loved sitting outside beforehand with espresso and hot chocolate, just soaking in the atmosphere. The breakfast spread in the morning is the most beautiful we have ever seen in all our travels. Simona, one of the servers, is so wonderful and took such good care of us - she even taught us some Italian!

Villa Olmi feels calm, welcoming, and quietly luxurious. The staff were so responsive and lovely. A truly special place to stay and dine. We will be back and recommend it to everyone wanting a beautiful Tuscan experience within a short drive of Forence!

My honeymoon at this hotel was absolute perfection. Although it requires a short bus ride from downtown Florence, it is well worth the trip. The gardens are beautiful, the restaurant is spacious, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We were especially touched by the lovely Korean-speaking staff member who was so kind to us. I’d love to come back with my family for a longer stay. Thanks for making our first trip to Italy perfect!
